It’s sad. Quite sad, actually. “Bring it!” is what the Fink fam prefaces almost any game we play. We look for opportunities to say, “Bring it!”.

Scrabble? “Bring it!”
Wii Sports? “Bring it!”
Apples to Apples? “Bring it!”
Yahtzee? “Bring it!”
Even Sesame Street Uno brings a, “Bring it!”
I wonder if Elmo approves?
I blame the Finkster. Yup, I blame the competitive nature in our home all on him.
Alright, maybe, just may-be…I may be responsible for some or most of the competitive climate in the home. But I need to blame someone, okay?
And since I’m the blogger, I’ll get the final vote.
So it’s his fault.
I blame Eve for my blaming kind of attitude. (Denial is not pretty…)
Moving right along…
“Bring it!” was the theme of my Monday quiet time as I studied about Paul’s life and work on the earth.
Acts 1:8, tell us “Bring it!” (bring the message of Christ) to the ends of the world. A short while later I received an email from a friend that seized and opportunity to “Bring it!” in a sidewalk conversation with a friend.
Sharing stories and sharing our lives are powerful ways to “Bring it!”
I’m s-l-o-w-l-y learning that I don’t need to go “Bring it!” just to third world nations, I need to “Bring it!” everywhere I go.
On the sidelines of my child’s baseball game, “Bring it!”
At the bus stop, “Bring it!”
In the coffee shop, “Drink it!” and “Bring it!”
During my work day, “Bring it!”
Throughout my church, “Bring it!”
In the grocery store, “Bring it!”
At my doctor’s office, “Bring it!”
…particularly if the receptionist isn’t pleasant, “Bring it!”
I need to keep my eyes open, and not just in the board game times, to “Bring it!”?

(Take a guess who “BROUGHT IT!” while playing checkers on vacation this summer…GO JAKE!)
What’s one of your favorite games to play? Where’s somewhere that you’ve “brought it” and can encourage us all to “Bring it!”?
