Many times, parenting feels like a tiring obstacle course. From sleep patterns to potty training to melt downs in the grocery store, obstacles are everywhere. In, “I’m a Confident Parent, Right?” Steph draws from her former life as a military officer and recalls how going through the obstacle courses gave her more than just grief, it gave her confidence. Steph blends humor with a Biblical perspective and practical examples from her own obstacle course triumphs and tragedies that will encourage mothers to realize that the obstacles are really camouflaged confidence builders! Mothers will no longer ask, “I’m a confident parent, right?” but be refreshed and reassured to state, “I’m a confident parent, right!”

In “The Colorful Art of Friendship” message, Stephanie encourages women, to keep connected to the right kind of girlfriends. She addresses the obvious – that marriage, kids or the lack of one or both, changes many relationships. Some relationships may stay on the easel and collect dust while others may continue to be vibrantly painted. But most of all, that the art of friendship is just that, a work in progress. Stephanie utilizes a biblical, practical and humorous approach to encourage women to prioritize and have the courage to paint the masterpieces, the friendships of exquisite value.

In, “The Text Message of My Life”, Stephanie shares about how God used an encounter in a bookstore to change the text message of her life from “c me” to “c him”. In this power-packed session, Stephanie uses humor as well as text messages, to encourage others to “c him”.
FOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

In, “A Bright Light in a Dark World”, Stephanie speaks specifically to women leaders about what a leader is – a light in darkness. Using practical examples from mistakes she’s made and successes she’s had, she offers encouragement on how to keep your flame, bright. Women leave this session knowing that when a leader is present, there needs to be a visible difference as one small light has the power to brighten up any dark room. LEADING WITH YOUR HEART, NOT YOUR HEAD
In “Leading With Your Heart, Not Your Head”, Stephanie takes women through a journey of Hebrews and of faith. Using examples from Bible heros to her own life, Stephanie encourages women to live a life of faith, love and hope!
Please keep checking back as Steph is expanding her speaking topics. Steph is also excited about tailoring a message to meet the needs of your group.
